I Purches Karbon K 1616 In Aug

Phone Other Feature is Working Good but the dual sim facility is not working when i call or talk on sim 1 that time sim 2 is not recheble or when i was talk or call on sim 2 that time sim 1 is not recheble

plz solve my problem urgently
