To replace my mobile

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Karbonn mobile model No. K320 CDMA, MEID NO. A100000E669311 on dated 07.09.2010 from ROHIT COMMUNICATION, 33Ft. Road, Budh Bazar, Rajiv Nagar, Delhi-110093.

But it is regretted to inform you that my mobile is giving regularly trouble right from beginning. Before some time that was got died, after that i went to your service center "UNIQUE SERVICE TECH., B-4/124, YMUNA VIHAR, DELHI" to repair on dated 29.12.2010. I got my mobile after more then one month. I was told that your mobile is repaired and Bord of your mobile is changed at that time my Mobile MIED NO. is changed A100000E669311 to A100000E66B45A. When i check my mobile that was going switch off again and again. I give that mobile to your service center again to replace. my job Sheet No. KJASPDL018R1644 and my mobile model no. KC320. But till now i did not got any response till now. I am an Advocate and I required mobile phone every time with me.

Therefore I request you to please advice him to replace my mobile with new one immediately.
