Kelvinator refridgerator
Very Poor Cooling/No Cooling

Sir,

My Kelvinator fridge has some problems not working properly which I am using it from the last 12 years. Present problem is the freezer is working but feels cool is little low. But not cool in the bottom portion of the fridge. Mechanic says 'Timer' is not working properly, some says 'Gas' is not in the system. Overall freezer is not working properly. Kindly analyze the actual problem and inform me without delay.
