I had bought a Kenstar Vibrant Air cooler a year back. Used for 2-3 months during summer last year and this year when i switch on, it not only makes loud noise but also does not give cool air.
I had contacted their customer care centre and they logged a complaint and promised to send the technician. after 2 days i get an sms that the complaint is closed. i had to send an sms again to reopen the complaint. its been 10 days now and am still expecting the technician. Whenever i call them, they tell that they will send the technician as soon as possible.
I am highly disatisfied with their service and would like to advice anybody not to go for Kenstar.
