Poor after sales service

Hi,

This is with the reference to the Kenstar cooler (Model No. 9924, Serial No. 0402727) that i had purchased and had to give it for repair as the pump had stopped working. It was given for servicing at Saba Service Centre, Malakpet, Anand Nagar, Hyderabad on April, 10. I am still waiting to get my cooler back. I have spoken with the Kenstar customer care centre too and the complaint no. given by them is 2004100730-Hyderabad.

I would request you to kindly look into this matter. this entire matter is getting to my nerves as neither the service centre or the customer care people seem to be least bothered to fix my cooler.
