I purchase kenstar food processer thru star cj in the month of nov kenstar staff do demo on time.last weak my food processer not working properly. I complain the kenstar toll free no .the complain no is THA1105120672 dated 11 may. on 12 may one person (name - Inder mob no 9029737780) visit my home and tell that Moter of food processer not working properly and locking part also not work. Mr inder tell i will come on 14 may and replace both the part. After 14 may to till time i wants to talk Mr Inder or his supervisor Mr Anwar (mob 3820659946) or name provided by customer care Mr dilip koshley (mob 9167673358) but they all not answering my mobile.
Plz help me the resolve the probum and replace my food processer.last 10 days i have many problum in absence of food processe
