Not heating

I had purchased KENSTAR MICROWAVE 25 LITT OM25DGQ in 2008. the heating system has failed... saba electronic malkpet, hyd mechanic had come and inspected. it seems the replacement of part is required to be changed to the tune of rs. 2200/- i had called up call centre and no proper response. this product seems tobe defective and requires replacemnt.. i found no good machnic is availble. i feel this requires immediate action co., to wake up on this issue
