Non Delivery of Component

M/s Esha Electronics of Gariahat Market Complex, 212, Rash Behari Avenue, 2nd Floor, Room No. 108, Kolkata-7000019, a Service Associates of M/s Kenstar Appliance, has taken my Microwave Component for replacement / repairing on 04.12.2008. But despite my several calls, they have neither replace the defective component nor any positive action taken for repairing. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
