We purchased kenstar vibrant air cooler on the 26th of march from big bazaar (j p nagar, bangalore). the cooler was fine for just 4 days and later it stopped working. After a complaint was given, a technician visited and said that he needs to replace the blower which was done, but the very next day it stopped working. another complaint was given and this time he said the pump needs to be replaced. we were irked this time and asked for a replacement. the call was attended by one mr rohit who said he cannot replace it under any context and even as i was talking, he disconnected the call. the rude behavior of the company officials is very disturbing. We have paid rs 5140 for the product and the money i now feel is lost. i strongly recommend buyers not to go for the product as even the service is very unsatisfactory. even after having coughed up rs 5140 we have to bear with the heat.
