Kenstar Washing Machine
Washing machine not working

I had filed a complaint in a kenstar service center (simran air-conditions, shop no.697, Kesho Ram complex, Sector45-C, Burail, Chandigarh) on 30 Jan'2010. Till date nobody from the service center has fixed it right despite many complaints.

Please look into the matter and guide me regarding this...
