I purchased a water heater from Bharat electronics and applicances vide Invoice no I/0910/CBE/8419 dated 6th November. Kenstar model no KGS 15W4P. Right from the day the heater is not working and the company tries to repair every time the complaint was made. If i dont receive the exchange within the next 7 days, the matter will be taken to the consumer court for damages due to taking bath in cold water.
