Kenstar water purifire
Unavailability of Service

My Kenstar Water Purifier is not working properly, due to the chocking of the candle of it. I want to replace this candle on my cost. But the Kenstar company unable to provide me the service (regarding replacement of this candle). This Purifire's candle is not available in open market.

I call to service center several time from 04/03. But Kenstar is not able to provide me service.

My complaints No. are tha 0403120173 dated 04.03.12, tha 1403120391 14/03, tha 2103121058 21/03, reminder 23/03, tha 1204120834 12/04 and reminder 14/04.

Please provide me service of this product. otherwise I have to purchase another company water purifier.

I am waiting for service for this Kenstar Water Purifire.
