Our "kent " mineral R O was not functioning since 12 th April. complaint was lodged with m/s on 13th april with m/s Sudershan enterprizes plot no 220 PU4, near hotel country inn A B Road Indore. phone 0731 2555963.
there representative came on 15 th april. He said that one perticular part is malfunctioning / damaged and will have to be replaced.
The part was replaced on 19 th april. The R O was still not functioning but he said that it may be due to low voltage. he took the money Rs 1250.00
The R O is still not working.
