Copmlaint is not being attended

Dear sir,

I had comlaint to Kent R.O System on 15/4/10 vide complaint No. 376514 given by the Co. and it was committed to atain the complaint by 16/410.

Despite giving repeated call to the co. on customer care no.01204669666 no one has come to see the problem in my R.O.

Imagine, in yhis summer what problem we would be facing.

I want the Co. first to atten the complaint and lso the person authorise to see the complaint, to be punished for this.
