Dear Sir,

I purchased a Kent Grand purifier system from Kent Ro dealship at Kanpur on 27/05. From starting i am facing a lot problem. Even I have given information so mant times to Kent Ro service center. But till date no repose is getting from company. The problem details are as under.

- TDS fluctuation.

- Noising in machine.

I think this is a manufecturing problem. Please replace my RO machine at the earliest.
