I am having Kent UV water purifier for last four years. Every year I am facing problem for the AMC and for the services, of the same. Every year I get to know the service-dealer is changed. The new dealer asks for HEFTY AMOUNT for AMC . Secondly; they insist on going for On call basis service When contacted to your Regional service manger (Mr Jaiprakash) on his phone 9766319889 ; he also states that our company has not fixed any AMC charges (even as per models). He also talks HANDS & GLOVES with the distributor/ service dealer. Please let me know what is the comprehensive charges. Is Kent management going to take serious note on this issue because last year also I had communicated thru email & telephonically with the Kent -HO.
