Providing not service and machine is not working properly

I had purchased a Kent Water Purifier Model - KG from SWETA STAINLESS STEEL, G.T. Road, Asansol on 22.04.10. After purchasing the KG, it is not properly placed in House (just tapper), and after few days some water flow from Top, and sometimes tap is broken, overall it is not functioning properly. I am already given the complaint to shopkeeper (mentioned above), but they could not repair / service to the same.

I am very fed-up and disturbed from that machine. They are not attending in the home after several reminder to the Shopkeepers (Sweta Stainless steel) or not provide any skilled service engineer. All are bogus who are attending at house and demanding Rupees unauthorisely.

Therefore your honour I request you to kindly take a necessary steps about this so that I may enjoy with your product peacefully without harrasing any more.
