GPRS usage

Dear sir/madam,

I am holding airtel post paid connection since 2004.for your information i was Holding previously prepaid connection, because of your sales guys force me to Change the post paid connection.had a big problem with your billing section for GPRS service Messages.and also may was not use GPRS, but the billing statement is Showing am used . so please take care my complaint as a urgent basis..
