Hi:

I have lodged a complaint #6533219 on 5th Dec and till today no one has bothered to contact me. This is the nature of customer service provided by Sony. I have been after them since 22nd Nov and till now my complaint has not been attended to.

The exact problem details are provided below:

We have bought the above model in May. Recently I had a problem for which I had register a complaint on 22nd Nov @ Srikara Marketing Services Limited, Hyderabad. After a 3 days delay they had come and I had to send the LCD TV to the service centre (Complaint id 6460036 and Sony service center job code: WS 100006210112700429). I have been told that they will need to change a board costing Rs 7200 for which I had given consent on the 29th of Nov over phone. Till today the work has not been attended to and I am facing alot of issues.

I am very very perturbed that within such a short time i had a problem which speakes very poorly on the quality of a Sony product. Also the service is so bad that even after 10days the work has not progressed at all.
