LG - 1.00 TON SPLIT AC
POOR STANDARD OF SERVICES

I have purchased 1.0 ton split ac from LG in the month of April first they have delivered damaged unit (outer unit), after lot of heated arguments and complaints they have replaced the outer unit. But, they have replaced the outer unit with different specification which consumes more power and less energy efficient. I brought this things to their notice and ask them to change, but they said they have stopped manufacturing that model so it won't be possible. And for this i have to fight with them i have fired no. of email to their customercar id.

Now i have to dismantle the AC, as i was shifting my house, i register a request with them and they said within 24 hours job will be done. But nobody came from their side and they keep me waiting for whole day, next day i again register a reqeust for the same and again same thing happend, i was keep waiting.

For that one job i have to register the request for 4 times and when i send mail, complaining about all this things, they are not replying me.

You guide me what should i do?
