I have purchased window-air conditioner of LG in end May. Since day one the AC is not cooling. I called the LG care several times but everytime they visit and provide one or other stupid reasons for non working of AC. They have moved the AC twice from its place and still it’s not cooling.
As a LG Customer I am very sorry to say about this type of negligence in replacement. I need my defective piece to be replaced immediately.
