I had made a complaint regarding the non cooling of my LG A/c on 03/05 by which their engineer visit on 04/05 and told me that their is a leakage in the coil due to which machine is not able to cooling, i told him to take necessary action and next day 2 workers of LG had taken my a/c from my home for repairing on 12/05 they bring the machine in same condition no cooling is there we again lodge a complaint in LG customer care next day engineer visited my home and told me that the problem is in Compressor we again told him to repair or change it and the very next day they had taken up the A/c and after 6-7 days on 26/05 they bring up the machine by saying that we had change the compressor now your A/c is perfect but still there is no cooling. It's a humble request to u to take up the necessary action so that we can relax at our home. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest
