Hi,

I have purchase LG Air condition Model no LWA2DW1AF1. from Fair Electronics & Appliances Pvt Ltd. Address-shop 1&2, Burjour Baugh, Next to Dena Bank, L.B.S Marg Bhandup (west), Mumbai-400078.the salesman told me the MRP of this particular product is 12500/- and i stared bargain to him regarding price he told me that 10, 900/- will be the final price for this product i cant reduce more than that and the price 12500/- he told me was the new product and when i saw the Ac at my place which is mention the price 10, 990/- when i ask them about the same they told me that this is the revise price and company have not change the price tag the new price for this product is 12500/- and the product u got is same that price but company have not changed the price tag.

the only reason i brought Lg product is i have not faced any problem with the Lg product i find the after sales is also perfect but this time i was being cheated .if that cost is 10, 990/- i will bargain of just 90 rs is that making good profit in my life MRP is 10, 990/- and he sold me that for 10, 900/- saying that the Mrp of this product is 12500/- rs

now i feel i am being cheated plz do something

1. Tell them to give me that new product as they told me the MRP of new product and given me the old product.
