I have raised several complaints about the problem i had with the LG DVD player (model bd550) that i purchsed a few months back. I have raised several complaints a few of which are: RNA110207057091, RNA110314069848... but no one has managed to fix the problem. For god sake can someone help me to return all LG products that i have and return me my hard earned money?
