Dear Sir,

I feel like throwing my mobile phone away.lg cookie is THE WORST mobile phone.i buyed it against my FRIENDS.they wanted me to buy a mobile of nokia.but i showed my interest in lg.

the problem started when i activated gprs on my phone.i am using airtel sim card.the mobile office doesn't works.when i went to the service centre as adviced by you, they kept me waiting for 15 days saying theyy dont have the software.

but another problem started when this mobile started restarting.whenever i swithced it on, it restarted.had to go to the service centre again... and this time too they didn't had any answer for my 1st problem.they said it neeed a software update.sir, with all respect i have lost my trust with lg because now again the problem of phone restarting has started.just a week ago i got it fixes..this phone is the worst phone ever..and its not like the service centre is too close to my house that i can go everyday.its 3okm from here..and believe me, i am not going over there again.this time i want a man of urs to come here, take the mobile and replace the mobile or else i am sending this mobile to consumer court..i was not aware lg was selling defective pieces...

i cant travel 30km everyday and get it fixed..either i need my money back or replace my mobile... i am no longer interested in using this mobile... ame letter has been posted to the international unit...

pls read my letter and try to understand my need.
