I had bought a LCD TV model no LCD LD550 from a electronics trade fare held at

Ranchi (Jharkhand) in which LG stall is organised by company as for the

representative present there.

My problem is that the TV i bought model no LCD LD550 dint have all

the feature that is described by the representative there. which is

also confirmed by her product demo representative who came at my

residence for demo & installation.
