LCD is fall from wall due to not install properly

I, Abrar khan, purchase a LG LCD. LG Engineer come to home and install the LCD on wall. Due to not install properly on wall LCD fall from wall and broken. I have complain 3 times in LG customer care. Buy they did not response any more.
