No response on Complaint Made

Hi

i had made a complaint for my faulty LG washing Machine on 27th February at which point your customer service told me i would be contacted in 24 hours, no one has bothered to contact me and i have had to call your customer service twice post that and told the same thing you will be contacted in 24 hours, the last conbversation with your customer service i was told to call another number if not contacted in 24 hours
