I had purchased LG make LCD TV on 25 January. The model no. of the LCD is 26LH20 . Details of the cash memo is given below :

Now, my LCD tv is out of order for last 10 days. We have lodged complain to LG company through toll free number 1800 180 9999 several times, everytime they are giving me assurance that we will get service within 24 hrs but till day any service received against our complain lodged. The complain nos. provided by them are as follows: RNA110625023194 ON DATE : 24.06.2011 (1st Complain)

RNA110704073835 ON DATE : 04.07.2011 (3rd Complain)
besides, initially, we had lodged complain to local service unit of LG. After that they had sent a mechanic two days later, he reported that the tuner of the LCD is damaged & it is to be replaced. Afterwards no mechanic of local service unit attended to the said problem. Then we started to lodge complain to the toll free no.(as mentioned above) repeatedly. Today We also called up through this toll free no. asking why they are not sending any mechanic ; they again tried to give another complain no.but I refused to accept it, so in this situation i was forced to lodge a complain to your esteemed organisation. Expecting early action on your behalf.
