Microwave Not functioning properly

Hi,

We are following with LG customer care, Service Center M/s. Sigma Services with a complaint no. RNA110823019656 since last 3 weeks very poor service, the very small Microwave part is excepted since last 3weeks.

Spoken with customer care, service centre executive, service centre executive, manager but all in vein.

i have same exprience for our LG washing machine.

Very Very Very poor service in term of customer satisfication.
