Servicing problems

Dear sir (s),

I Hemlata V Agarwal, have purchased a split AC from Ms. Prompt dealers, Lonavala in march. Before taking the delivery of the Ac I was promised three (3) Free servicings in one year from purchase.

Despite my repeated requests with the owner of Ms. Prompt dealers - Mr. Stephen, i have not been given a single free service.

I would hereby request you to look into the matter personally & kindly do the needful.
