Im sorry to say that LGIndia is a big cheat and fraudulent company operating in India . 1 week back, I purchased a 8047 model microwave from Govinda Distributors, Boring Road Crossing, Patna, Bihar. To my utter shock, an old used microwave with burnt wires and used chassis came out of the brand new carton with 8047 label. Even this used microwave was of some other model.
I suggest to all users on this forum to launch a mass campaign against these corrupt practices of a foreign multinational duping the Indian citizens. Being a IIM student, I won't tolerate this nonsense and am going to sue the company for the monetary damage and the time and mental peace lost in this purchase. I'll be sending a link on facebook soon. Please join.
If the deaf company officials are listening (coz I got no reply to my compliant on their official website), please do the following immediately :-
1. Get the model I paid for delivered immediately to me.
2. Cancel the distributorship of thieves like " Govinda's"
