Gist Vourhcer Not Redeemed

I purchased a LED Television from Croma Faridabad on 3rd March. A Scratch card was given to me which awarded me a DVD Player. I was told that as gift is not in stock, I will receive the same as soon as they get it from company.

Despite repeated chase-ups and telephone calls, I have not yet received the said DVD player even after passage of 2 months.
