LG/ Microwave Oven
Not recieved the product after submitting gift vouche

I have recieved a Company gift voucher to get LG Microwave Oven and am instructed by LG that the original gift voucher has to be submitted to their Surat office and after 21 days of time the product will be delivered to my home.

Now since last 2 months I have been waiting for my product, however there is no update from LG since then and when we try to contact the Surat Office, the responsible person to whom we sent gift voucher is not picking up the phone.
