This is to complain regarding the poor LG customer service which i am facing. I have raised service request for the repair of my LG microwave on 15tH jan the service request no is SAC11500494 and the customer care officer told to me that the complaint will be attended with in 24hrs. Even after 48hrs and around 20 calls to the LG customer care center nothing seems to be working out for me. Please help me with his.
