Poor service and casual attitude

I had purchased the LG mircowave some three years back. Lately I was having some problem with this.. I had complained complained to the LG customer care regarding on 9th July. The complaint id being RNA110709093684. I had clearly indicated the nature of the problem and also informed requested that the engineer to visit residence and rectify the same.

No engineer have ever visited our residence, till date. I had also escalated this matter to the circle authority Nitika kothari and observe that despite escalation the engineer hve neither called or visited to verify and rectify the problem.

I would like to bring to your notice that there has been a casual attitude towards customers complaints if AMC is not taken.
