Urgent Action to be Taken: LG Mobile KP500Cookie
We have purchsed new mobile from Reliance Digital, Vashi on June 8 and we are facing the problem of battery discharging after 6 months. We are going on sending repeated reminders to you since 3-4 days. You havent replied yet to our query since 1 week. Is this the way you treat the LG customers?? If no action is iniated within 1 week for the below mentioned query then we are constrained to report the matter to the consumer court about your esteemed organisation alongwith the product.
