This is regarding LG washing machine part (PCB) replacement, as current
part gave up. Had launched complaint a week ago, by which i was been told that it would get replaced in couple of days.
Its been more than a week now, forget follow ups from their end,
they not giving assurance when will the part be fixed in my machine. they keep on giving various numbers,
ask me to follow up with them rather than they informing me or giving me updates.
Even after officially launching a formal complaint from LG care service, getting registration no., this is the kind of treatment
we, as consumers get.
Micro Service Center in Thane is the worse ever experience I, as a consumer has got till date.
Hope some strict action is taken.
