Delay in Splic AC servicing

My name is R. SATHISH (Cell No.: 9789549446) located at #5/312, Plot no. 37, Bharathi Nagar, Ranipet-632403. I have requested for a service of our LG Split AC on 23/06 which was closed with a reason of "no response to Call". I again registered a complaint on 23/06. Till now no technician has called us. As our free service period is splipping away, we request you to send service engineers to our above said location immediatly.
