I have purchased LG Split AC 2 weeks back. Installation was done on 23 April. Now I have called 5 times LG cutome Care for free Demo. They are promising everytime for 24 hours but service is not yet provided.
I dont have any option now. My communication Id with LG is C1042710421.
If I ask customer care executive to transfer my call to Manager or any other high level officer they refuse everytime.
I dn't know what do do now. I want to register a complain against LG.
