My Name U. Nagarej Padiyar a regular customer of LG household products. My washing Machine is not working and I visited the authorised service center in Mangalore (Innovative Access Mannar Comples, New Balmatta Road, Joythi, Mangalore) on 13/11 and the service center people denied to give me the spare part (Door Magnite) saying that they can't sell the spare parts directly to the customers & asked me to lodge a service complaint so that they can send their person to fix the same.
Please clarify whether the service center can't sell the spare parts directly to the customers? if the customer does't need the service of the company service people?
If so please provide the supporting documentary evedence for the same.
