New complaint after repai

I have purchsed a Sony DCR-DVD 608E from Mohammed Mustafa & samsudheen Co Pte Ltd, Singapore on 10TH May. The serial no. is 2943356. Now on first week of sept the camera showed a complaint. It showed "disk cover opened". We have given this camera immediatly for service at Madona Electonics, authorised service centre at Cochin. They have given the camera on 29/10 after service. Their bill no. Is 2187 dt 29/10 for Rs 2500/- and shows FP 569 Mount replaced. They took more than one and half months to service the camera.

When i have taken this camera for taking photos on 17/11 it shows a new complaint which was not there earlier. Now it shows "reinsert the memory Stic". Immediatly i went to Madonna Electronics. Their behaviour was very harsh & rude. They told me that i have used damaged disc or due to dust there is damage for the lens & to change this will cost Rs 5000/-

I have not used the camera after getting it repaired from Madonna Electronics, Cochin before 17/11.

Please take necessary steps to get my Camara repaired.
