No Service - Product Not Return

I bought Sony Digital Camera DSC W220 as mentioned below:

Issue: When I try to take a snap its showing "Turn the power off and on again".

The product comes with Dealer Warranty not Manufacturer Warranty. Hence I approached Mahavir Computers on 30th August. As per their advice I sent the Rs.10000 worth Digital Camera to them.

Last One month I am trying to reach Mahavir Computers through phone, email. No response. Mahavir Computers says come and collect the product in Mumbai.

My humble request is dont buy any product with them.
