Non functioning of mobiles

The mobile we have purchased in MEMMO MVP colony is not at all working properly. The battery is not at all charging properly and not showing the charging indication. They are bluntly selling the mobiles which are not at all functioning. The way they treat and talk with the customers is too bad. I request everyone not to purchase any items with this company.
