Machine Blade Rotor broken

I bought Merlin 123 about 10 months back back. But, even before the completion of an year the rotor of its four blade attachment is broken. The machine is not funtioning now. The spare parts are even not available anywhere. Please halp where do I get it repaired from or where do I lodge a complaint for its repair?
