MICRO MAX - FUN BOOK
APPLICATION FAILURE

Dear Sir,

I HAVE PURCHASED MICRO MAX FUN BOOK FROM MICRO MAX CORPORATION THROUGH ON LIVE SERVICES.AFTER I START OT OPEN IT AM FACING FOLLOWING PROBLEM WITH APPLICATIONS.

1. VRITI Education application not working.

2. NO CONTENTS AVAILABLE IN MOVIE CATEGORY.

3. PDF, DOCUMENTS AND OTHER APPLICATION WORKING VERY SLOW.

4. BATTERY LIFE IS MORE LESS THAN 3.5 hrs (In advertisement they are showing 5 Hours)

And, I have requested the service to sort out the above problem, But their recommendation are helpless to sort out the issues. kindly instruct Micro max to replace my fun book.
