my name is s.gopalareddy from kakinada eastgodavari district, andhrapradesh. sir my mobile model no is micromax X235 purchased on dt:17-7-10.

my phone keypad stops working on dt:30-09.it was in warrenty. i gave my phone to micromax service center on 30-09-10.receipt no:0635. still 3 months completed but my phone was not delivered from ur service center.he was not responding properly. so please send me the status of my mobile.
