Micromax mobile X550
Mobile is not getting charged

Hi,

I have bough mixromax X550 in the month of september. it is still in warranty period

It had worked for first couple of months properly then later on started charging problem.

Problems:

1. Battery is not getting chnarged when I put it for charging, even after buying the new battery and charger. It gives a beep sound and will not get charged.

2. Battery back up is very poor

I have visited the Micromax service center 3 times and bought a new charger and battery but there is no imporvement.

Please suggest me to benefit of the warranty still valid.
