With out clearing fault resulting ok

I Mr. Arif Chougule proprietor of ALL IN ONE, like to inform you that my customers are facing alot of problems with your service centre guys as one of my regular customer had made a complain about inverter machine (UPSEB600 - 9CGANB145104) making sparking noise and your technician Mr. Durgesh from Thane - Mumbai service centre have attended this complain but without inspecting the fault he changed the board (card) and he reported the customer and me that it is working fine but there was same problem still going on with the machine so made a complain again and another techncian attended this complain and found the fault of 3-pin plug of power supply so he changed that 3-pin and inverter machine started working but because of changing board (card) battery use to get heat up and it got dry so this time I personally replaced that battery but the second battery also started heating up. I have faced a lot of problems with your service centre as before 3 years also i have faced problems with the same service centre guys. I had complaint to MR. RANBIR but he is also not responding about this complaint. The customer had returned the machine and battery and asking for pay back their money. How can I pay this money after 18 months.

Microtek company always saying they having engineers. Are they having qualified engineers?
