No delivery of servies by the mechanic from lg

Dear Sir,

My lg microwave appliance vroke down and and we called the company. A man came, checked the appliance and took a part of it saying it was damaged. He gave us a date on which he said he would come and repair the appliance. He didnt come on that making an excuse that it was raining. After that he didnt come again, saying he was sick. Since then he has been postponig the dates. Now h avoids our calls. we have called the company several times but they are not leading us anywhere. His name is Pramod. His moble no. is 9891256780.
